Middlesex County RIDE On Demand introduces a new transportation solution within Middlesex County.

It is a ridesharing service that prioritizes safety, ease of use, affordability, and reliability.

By simply inputting your pick-up and drop-off locations and specifying if you have additional passengers, you can secure a ride that matches passengers headed in the same direction.

How It Works:
<ol>
<li>Book a ride by entering your pick-up and drop-off locations and indicating any additional passengers.</li>
<li>Upon booking, you will receive an estimate of the vehicle's arrival time and the nearest meeting spot. The driver's anticipated arrival time will adjust automatically as they approach your location.</li>
<li>Once the driver arrives, kindly enter the RIDE On Demand branded vehicle promptly.</li>
<li>There may be other passengers on board or a few stops along the route. You can monitor your journey and update your status in real-time through the app.</li>
</ol>

Shared Trips:
Our corner-to-corner matching system pairs travelers heading in similar directions, offering the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency of public transportation.

Affordability:
Rides are competitively priced compared to other transit services in our region. Middlesex County RIDE On Demand prioritizes affordability along with convenience and safety.

Reliability:
You can track your ride as the driver approaches your location and throughout your journey within the vehicle.
